Historical Timeline

Let’s dive into the 150 years of rich history of our Gymnasium and the Association of Graduated Students of the Gymnase de Beaulieu (AED).
2020

The association enters into a collaboration agreement with the CSEL (Lausanne Sport-Study Center) to provide financial support, within its means, to gymnase students enrolled in the CSEL, with the goal of supporting their athletic progression.

2021

The association collaborates with the "Mondial de Fondue" (World Fondue Championships) in Tartegnin, supporting a rapidly growing event in the region. Held every two years, this event is now officially recognized as a sanctioned outing for the association’s active members.

2022

Twenty years later, an event organized by our primary partner is launched. It invites graduates from twenty years ago to return and collect their exam papers. Deeply emotional and full of reunions, this event receives the support of the association.

2023

The association produced an aerial video of the Gymnase using a drone to create an introductory clip shown annually at the "20 Years Later" event. This project required obtaining a special permit, as the Gymnase is located in the vicinity of the Blécherette airport.

2024

The association launches its ambassador program, designed to highlight former students who attended the school and have now made a name for themselves in the region through their actions and careers. First portrait: sports.

2025

The association goes digital by using cutting-edge technology to offer a virtual tour of the school, its hallways, its iconic rooms, and its grounds. An immersive experience that brings back the best memories of the place.

2026

To increase its visibility within the school, the association is collaborating closely with the management of the Gymnase to install a digital screen. This will serve as an information hub and a relay for the association's news, as well as key information from the Gymnase student committee.
